Engine Testing Technology
The complete machine testing area has a total of 16 production and R&D test benches, all of which are AVL and Siemens test benches, with a power test range of 50～950kW, which can meet the test requirements of the full series of engines and range extenders such as the C6K12/6K13/6K15/6K16 series diesel engines, natural gas, and methanol.
Robot and Machining Center Intelligent Guidance
The cylinder bore honing process uses a combination of 4 Japanese Makino-F9 vertical lathes and robots to achieve fully automatic loading and unloading processing. At the same time, it cooperates with MAPAL motion knives and hydraulic fixtures to ensure that the cylinder bore stop depth is stably controlled within ±0.01 range, ensuring that the engine compression ratio and fuel consistency are stably controlled.
Fully Automatic Assembly Technology
Applied in fully automatic cylinder assembly and automatic assembly of valve springs and upper seats. In addition to realizing automatic blind grasping and visual error prevention, its positioning accuracy can also reach ±0.05mm, achieving millimeter accuracy.
Leak Detection Technology
Through cylinder block and cylinder head separate leak testing and complete machine leak testing darkroom detection, assisted by fluorescent agents that enhance the oil and liquid imaging effect and online monitoring of engine oil and water, a full-process sealing detection network is constructed.
