High-efficiency Reverse Cooling Technology Top-Down Cooling
Coolant flows from the cylinder head into the cylinder block. The high coolant flow rate, with low-temperature coolant prioritizing cooling of the cylinder head bridge area, results in higher cooling efficiency. This allows the engine to withstand explosion pressures as high as 220 bar, representing a historic leap in engine reliability.
SOHC (Single Overhead Camshaft)
China's first single overhead camshaft, four-valve heavy-duty diesel engine to meet Euro III/IV/V/VI emission standards. The valve train boasts high rigidity, resulting in lower noise compared to traditional diesel engines.
Integrated Cylinder Head
The cylinder head integrates the intake manifold. The four-valve technology, optimized by internationally renowned R&D institutions, ensures more uniform fuel-air mixing, higher efficiency, and more complete combustion.
In-cylinder Braking Technology

The main structure uses high-strength ductile iron, reducing engine weight by 15% compared to traditional engines.
